This is meant to summarize some of our favorite experiences. To capture the first thing that comes to our mind and not over think it.  Something that really stands out for each person on the trip.

Favorite Country	Greece to go back to and Krakow as a lovey surprise	Greece for beach, but loved Krakow for a city
Favorite thing we did	Paros beach with the giant wave, a good float and slippery feet DIY mud baths	Boat rentals in the Greek Islands
Favorite Thing we Ate	Best fish ever in the Athens market. Lunch in the park on Paros, the best beer, the largest tomato salad ever and the gracious chef who sent us off with his magic spice mix	The smoked cheese at the farmer’s market in Krakow and calamari in Paros, Greece
Favorite Lodging	Paros, a beautiful view over the bay, our lovely host and morning breaky with honey	Paros, Greece

Best Unexpected Event	Hiking to Oia	Rooftop Hot tub at Krakow hotel
Best Memory	Boat charters 2x. The drama of the cancelled train, bus solution and nap upon arrival.	The outdoor thermal baths in Budapest.
